Apple Co-Founder says delete Facebook

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak recently went on record recommending people delete their Facebook accounts. The millionaire, who co-founded the company with Steve Jobs, said his main concern with Facebook is privacy. Wozniak argued that no conversation is private anymore, and that any information collected by the social media giant is being sold to advertisers.

“There are many different kinds of people, and some, the benefits of Facebook are worth the loss of privacy, but to many like myself, my recommendation is…you should figure out a way to get off Facebook,” he stated.

Wozniak suggested users should have the option to pay a premium for extra privacy if they don’t want to delete their account. The Apple co-founder deleted his own account in early 2018 after the Cambridge Analytica scandal.
